What customization options do you offer?

We perform delicate laser engravings of your brand's logo, staying true to your corporate identity with a really impressive result. Additionally, we offer a wide variety of wood colors, five different textiles for binding, and a beautiful selection of acrylics, as well as rustic and aged styles for a more traditional or vintage touch. This allows for greater customization and adaptation to the theme and decor of your establishment with a sophisticated appearance.

Can I see a sample before making the final order?

Can I change the design after placing the order?

Once the final design is confirmed, we can make minor adjustments before starting production, but any significant changes may affect delivery time and the final cost.

How can I choose finishes and engrave my logo on the product?

On the product page, click the “CUSTOMIZE” button to choose available finishes and add and upload your logo files to virtually place them on the available marking areas. We recommend uploading your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) to ensure the highest quality finish. If you don't have the logo in this format, send us a high-resolution image, and we'll do our best to convert it.

Is it necessary to use the online customizer? Can I send the logo by email?

While we recommend using the online customizer for immediate visualization, you can also send your logo and customization details by email, including the order number. Our team will integrate it into the final design.

About Shipping and Order Tracking

How long does shipping take?

The production and delivery time may vary depending on the quantity of menus and the level of customization. Normally, the manufacturing process can take between 6 and 10 days from the time the order is placed until it leaves our facilities.

How can I check the status of my order and shipment?

About Cleaning

Are the menus really easy to clean?

Yes, from the beginning it was an essential requirement for us. We developed a treatment and even our own special varnish to make our products resistant to stains and moisture. Even red wine stains are easily cleaned, ensuring an impeccable appearance at all times.

What cleaning products do you recommend?

We recommend cleaning the menus with a damp, soft cloth. For more persistent stains, you can use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid strong chemicals that could damage the varnish or even affect the wood's color tone.

We use two types of wood: oak and birch. Oak provides a classic and robust aesthetic, ideal for elegant environments, while birch offers a lighter and more modern look, perfect for contemporary styles. For QR cubes and other products, we also use beech wood. Both woods are carefully selected to ensure durability and resistance, maintaining an impeccable appearance over time.

We have developed a special varnish treatment for the wood that protects the menus from stains and moisture, even against red wine and other substances. This makes them very easy to clean and maintain, ensuring an always impeccable appearance and greater hygiene.

You can purchase sets of 10 units on our website to replace lost screws.
